At 17:00, March 23, 2019, at Hall A, University of Economics - Law, Youth Union – Student’s Association of University of Economics - Law solemnly celebrated the 88th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2019).
The respectful ceremony was attended by Comrade Tran Thu Ha – Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Group; Comrade Tran Tuan Phuong - Deputy Secretary of the Staff of Youth Union of VNU-HCM; Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Tien Dzung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school and a large number of union members, students, former Youth Union officials - Association members attended the program.
On the occasion of the 88th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2019), with the aim to review glorious and resilience traditional in the national liberation war, unification of the country lasting for more than 40 years. The event arouses pride of tradition Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, promotes exciting emulation movement and brings into the spirit of ambition, volunteer, creativity of union members and youth with slogan: “Không có việc gì khó/ Chỉ sợ lòng không bền/ Đào núi và lấp biển/ Quyết chí ắt làm nên”(1) through suite “ Singing the ideals of youth” with typical melodies for the process of formation and development of Communist Youth Union which is maked up and performed by Art Teams of UEL.
The members were able to review the process of forming and developing 88 proud-year of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union through Sand painting of 6 times changing the name of the delegation.
In the series of activities and movements of the Youth Month of 2019, the Organization Board proceeded to announce and award the "Propaganda of Revolutionary Songs" theme: Memories of the fire flower period. Congratulations on the "Vietnamese Mother" repertoire from the excellent Information Systems (Faculty of Management Information Systems) team winning the first prize. The second prize belongs to the item "Singing between Pac Bo forest" from the team of the Faculty of Business Administration (Business Administration). The "Ho Chi Minh Song" repertoire comes from the Breaking Law team ( Faculty of Law) which won the final third prize. The consolation prize was given to the "Shandong School - School Shanxi" repertoire from Truong Son team (Faculty of Finance and Banking).
At the program, there were 88 faces of union members and Union - Union officials with outstanding achievements in the fields: Union - Association activities, Scientific research. Among these, 10 examples of the most typical Union - Union cadres were honored, in order to encourage the spirit of the union members, the Union - Asocciation officials continue to shine, devote, active, create, preserve and promote the glorious tradition of Vietnamese youth, becoming bright stars spreading their spirit and their youth.
