On  October 2nd, 2023, Mr Pierre Du Ville – the Head of the Delegation Wallonie-Bruxelles in Vietnam had a meeting with Assoc. Prof Le Vu Nam – Vice-President and Mr Hinh – Head of the Cooperation and Development Department.

During the meeting, both parties discussed activities within the framework of project 3.2, "Supporting Vietnamese legal framework for sustainable and responsible fishing" between the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) and the University of Liège, with the support of the Wallonie-Bruxelles International (WBI). This project was approved during the 11th Permanent Joint Committee meeting including Vietnamese Goverment and the Goverments of the French-Community of Belgium and the Walloon Region for the period 2022-2024.
